Presentation at the FMII, 4th real-estate professionals forum, on Thursday 12 February 2015, held at the CNIT (Centre of New Industries and Technologies), Paris La Défense
On Thursday 12 February at 11:00 am, François Cangardel, Aéroports de Paris Real Estate Director, Alain Taravella, Chairman and Founder of Altarea Cogedim, and Olivier Estève, Deputy General Manager of Foncière des Régions, will jointly present the Cœur d'Orly eco-district. The conference will take place at the CNIT - Paris la Défense.
Visitors will be able to discover the challenges of the project: the creation of the first business district and living environment in the southern Paris region directly linked to Orly airport. It will offer a wide range of facilities including offices, a hotel, shops, services and leisure facilities all based on an ecologically responsible approach.
In the heart of the Orly hub, the leading tertiary sector in the southern Ile de France area, Altarea Cogedim, Aéroports de Paris and Foncières des Régions are jointly developing a business district and living environment, whose first stage will cover about 160,000 m². The programme includes a first phase with offices (delivery of the first building, Askia, in June 2015), and a 4* hotel with shops and local services on the ground floor. The second phase is planned to include the delivery of a shopping centre with shops, services, leisure facilities and restaurants. This is an urban development designed to deliver exemplary environmental performances at all levels.
Altarea Cogedim will be exhibiting at the forum on Stand no. B1.
